Hello and welcome,

At boxlondon we teach all the skills and techniques that would be trained by any competitive boxer...The class draws on the experience of training in many boxing and martial arts clubs.

We offer training to those that may have been put off by regular boxing gyms, boxercise or similar classes.

We are open to all ages and abilities from complete beginners to experienced boxers...we train in a friendly environment. So whether you want to get fit or have aspirations to box competitively boxlondon is the place to help achieve your goals.

There will be fitness training combined with punching and movement. Only those wishing to will move on to light sparring and the more advanced to ring training. The idea is for every one of all ages to learn new skills and try a different style of fitness training in a relaxed friendly environment.

Remember everyone is there to help each other so always feel free to ask questions to the coaches or any one that has a bit more experience, this class is for all levels. We hope you enjoy the class and tell your friends and family.

If you have your own gloves and rope please try to bring them, its a good idea to warm up before we start, skipping is a good way, so you are ready. If you haven't learned to skip we can help you, it is one of the best forms of exercise and is a big part in any boxer's training.
